Any behavior or comments considered inappropriate in any other professional or medical setting will result in termination of the session.  

•Massage should NOT be painful. Level of firmness of touch is adjusted to each client's needs. Keep therapist informed of your comfort levels.

•A variety of techniques will be used to customize your massage to your specific needs and may include any of the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuro Muscular, Myofascial Release, Hot Stones, Reflexology, Acupressure, Energy Work, Shiatsu, Active & Passive Stretching, Gua Sha, Sports Massage, PNF, PRT, Gentle Healing Touch,  Cuddle Therapy Massage, Prenatal & Postnatal, Thai massage, and therapist developed techniques.
